Juliet loves car rides, and because I'm a college student I have a lot of commute to and from home for holidays- she she's in the car a lot. I have a lot of pictures and I guess I wanna share!

Right now as we speak she's chirping to the radio lol.

Really cute pics, thanks for sharing!! Juliet looks to be having a great time as well.

Love the flight suit! My only problem with parrots loose in the car is God forbid there is an accident, an unrestrained parrot could be seriously injured, and if you yourself are injured a well intentioned somebody could release her to the outside. Have I done it? Yes I admit, Salty has ridden on my shoulder a few times, on the highway. But usualy he is in his Pack-o-bird, and seat belted in. I have to raise it up, on a cooler, so he can see whats going on. And forget about night drives, the flashing lights only scare him - he gets covered.

Beautiful conure!

She has a "pack o bird" which she is sitting on top of in most of these pictures, and is usually inside. Most of these were actually taken at stops, as you can see in some with the business in the background. But I appreciate the concern and I understand!

This is great info, and you would think common sense but alas it didn't ever occur to me. Thanks for the post.

Great photos of your copilot. A definite cutie. I keep my fids in travel cages when I take them out. Why? Well, my Amazon Buddy got upset when I had him on his harness and he fell off my shoulder then bit my boob when I scooped him up. Yes I said my boob.

Oh no!!! Lmao. Juliet is so mild mannered. If she ever falls at all- She falls into a roll and hops back on her feet.

Buddy is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get each day. He's my clown. He does go out on his harness, once he sees people he's on point for attention yelling HELLO to everyone. I have an eclectus female, Venus, who does very well on her harness, with people but when she's hormonal look out! I love that Juliet is so mellow. Enjoy and keep taking her out to reinforce the behavior. It will save a breast, lol!!!
