Marley sounds more like a OWA. Here's some pics of a BFA breeder male on his way to a vet appointment and not happy in the travel cage without Momma.Notice the lack of orange on cheeks and the yellow on the "bend" of the wing.

I think I'm going to say his a ow iv just had a good look at his cheeks and there is a slite tint of orange so .... Owa he is
