Lol One way to differentiate juvenile budgies from adults is the bars (stripes) on the head- the closer the bars are to the beak, the younger they are... For example- This is Cloud, my recent adoptee...his bars cover his head completely because he's less than a year old And this is Quigley, my 2.5 year old female...her bars have almost completely disappeared off her head because she's an adult
