Buckwheat Groats - Organic Non-GMO ?

Hi,

Are Organic Buckwheat Groats okay?

I’m cooking Levi Goldenfesst and I always add to it, more veggies, brown rice sometimes quinoa. I have some Buckwheat Groats on hand & would like to add some. I’ve done a search and it’s not clear.

If someone is on & knows please let me know as I’m cooking it right now.
