Breeding: Aviary Lighting too bright for nest box?

Hi,
I just redid my ENTIRE aviary!!! Woohoo, what a feat!
New custom cages, nest boxes, food hoppers, lighting, everything! My life is much easier in the mornings now haha.
I do have one concern though... The lighting I bought, which are 4' T5 6400K full spectrum strip lights that I mounted to the walls, allow the cage to be illuminated for the birds. I made sure that their perches were within 2 feet of the bulb to ensure that they soak up the spectrum that I paid for!
Anyways this being said, the lights are illuminating my nest box corner of the cage, and you can now see into the nest box through the entry hole. LUCKILY, I have the 16" "L" shaped nest box, so the light does not go down to the bottom of the nest box but I am concerns that they will be more reluctant to use the nest box due to it being slightly lit up.

Any suggestions? I have thought about hanging a piece of a sheet/tarp or something in a key spot on the outside of the cage to minimize the light in the corner but it does not eliminate light in that corner (mostly because there is light entering from a neighbouring light!

I breed mostly conures if this makes a difference.

Your birds will tell with their actions and production. Yes light in the nest box is not good. Changing around your aviary will also put them "off" for a while. Have you seen the boxes that have an "apartment" to them? It's an entrance way that leads to another entrance way so that light is completely eliminated.
