Bird sitting contract

I am going to have a friend take care of Valentino for a month while I am moving my household to Indiana. My friend is a resident of Indiana near where I will be moving.

I need to find a parrot sitting contract document I can create/use. I have been looking for the past hour and either I have to pay or the one free document I found was not safe to download. Does anyone have a template I can use or know of a good template I can download to draw up this contract.

Although I do trust my friend with Valentino but because he will be with her for a month I feel a contract should be drafted and signed.

Contact Stephanie at The Parrot Hotel - Professional Avian Boarding & Grooming she started out birdsitting in her home...outside of Toronto, Canada.

Several years ago, she had a client bring in a sick bird, the woman lied on the application/contract about the bird's health.....I've got the specifics around here somewhere, but the illness was very contagious...can't remember, but it about closed Stephanie down.....she's recovered & now has 2 locations in Ontario.....

Tell her that Walt, who used her story & advertisement several years ago, told you to contact her about possibly looking at a copy of her birdsitting agreement.....
