Beyond MAD! Sorry had to vent.

Sp since I am just sitting around, wasting my day ON HOLD with t-mobile I thought I would vent. Both my boyfriend and I have been having a lot of problems with our phones. I called last night and was on hold for 2 and a half hours before I spoke to someone. I was able to speak to them for maybe 30 sec before the call got dropped. So I call back only to be on hold for another hour before I finally gave up to go to bed. So here I sit this morning... ON HOLD. I have been on hold for an hour now. This is just sad! :mad:
 
Eeek, I'm with t-mobile, I don't envy you. I hate any form of customer services, it's all a ton of crap. I went into the store, I find they help more than over the phone. :|
 
lol T-mobile here as well, but i dont use my phone for much, but have noticed it laggin an put it down to the strong winds, also 3 mobiles been down my way for a few days an now orange is acting up

and yes i hate being on hold! an sometimes before i can make complaint i have to say sorry if i am yellin sounding tense, its not at you, but with having to be on hold etc etc GRRRRRRR...............(and breathe lol)
 
I have Sprint, and their customer service itself seems to be pretty good most of the time, but the actual phone service leaves something to be desired... I drop calls all the time, but my bf who has Verizon gets reception most places!

Well after another long day, two calls today... I got what I wanted. Got the brand new blackberry for only 69 bucks. Also 10 bucks off my bill for the next 24 months. I just made it very clear that this wasn't OK. I was very unhappy and the guy worked with me. I use to love t-mobiles customer service. In the last 6 months its been lacking, but all in all I am content with the service. There is no roaming, I like my plan and I have been with them since they were Ariel. Way back in 1999. :)
