I feed my GCC a veggie/fruit mix and Kaytee fiesta conure food. I dont know about senegals diets though sorry :/ but i do know all parrots need fruits and veggies so make sure you are offering that even if they dont eat it at first mix it up and keep trying til they eat them.

A useful link is:

You should feed your parrots a variety of veggies, fruits, seeds, and other foods. Zupreem pellets seem to work (my boyfriend uses it for his green cheek conure). There are different types of zupreem pellets (fruits, veggies, and then organic). You should try them out and see which type your parrots likes best.

I'd recommend using a variety of pellets too.

If you're concerned about waste then use a size smaller than recommended by the brand. For example, I used finch size for my budgies.

I feed my birds Higgins Conure Sunburst Mix & Tropicana lifetime pellets, but 60% of their diet is vegetables, beans, leafy greens etc...(I make a chop mix and they love it)
only 10% is fruits.

I also add organic sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax seed, & oats.

My "seed junkie" switched over to Harrison's High Potency in a couple of days. She loved it!!! Now I only give seeds as a snack. And don't forget the fresh fruits and veggies. They also have lifetime formulas. Make sure you follow the directions on storage and how long you can use an opened bag!!! I keep mine in the original package with all the air squeezed out and sealed.... in the freezer. Every morning They get a fresh clean bowl and fresh food. (I put my bowls in the dishwasher to make sure they are very clean) After opening the bag it must be used in 4-6 weeks. They are doing well on this food... gaining weight and feathers are looking better already!
