The first one is so horrible that no one should buy from there so that the owners will close it down...

For the second one, the pet store with the ''one million'' parrots in stock, well it should have keepers at each corner and should not keep birds this crowded!I think the thieves served him right!

The third one, hmmmm, I wonder who lets this idiot appear on tv?And he has all those different animals crowded on a single desk!

There's an upside, though. On Long Island and in the City there is much more awareness of animal abuse/circumstances lately. There is also much more action, locally, to enact codes to benefit animals.

On a different, but relevant note... two other items of interest.

On Long Island, a couple of years ago a different pet store that was known for it's parrots (good way) had a fire and most of the birds were lost (I believe arson was suspected). That same store rebuilt and just a few months ago, again had a fire (don't know the circumstances). Do you know that the neighborhood formed a human chain and passed the bird cages one by one out the window to safety. Not a single parrot was lost.

Second - CT has recently enacted a law requiring all agencies that deal with disasters (government or private) to have a plan for saving pets.

These are good steps.

Back to that idiot - as both my mom and I said - You don't take all of those birds without knowing you already have buyers/homes. I hope all are in good homes and happier circumstances.
