Hello everyone
I have a baby.blue ringneck he loves to cuddle so far he takes formula and pellets he’s a very good bird loves to fly back and forth to his stand perch the problem is he’s been sometimes making crying sounds he’s not over fed he gets a lot of affection the whole family bonds with him and we all sing and talk to him cuddle and kiss him when he wants maybe you can help me figure out why he makes the crying sound??? Tommy is 10 weeks old

e sounds like a normal, needy, baby bird to me, butttttttttttttt...
I'm no expert. Can you contact the breeder?

In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.
International contacts, too.
If none are near you, maybe you could call and ask for a recommendation for somebody in your area.
And... sometimes, distant vets will offer brief thoughts or advice...
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"
