As many of you may know waternurse was trying to find a new home for her baby macaw Anzu. We have been talking since she posted about him, and she has decided for me to be Anzu's forever home. We aren't sure which day he will be coming here, but it will be around the end of January. Now I've never had to wait for a bird, but I can now say it is the hardest thing to do. Waiting feels the longest. I have already started to buy him toys, and lots of other little things waiting for his arrival. Even though it has only been a couple of days. But i can't help it I get to be the parront of one of my dream birds, and I must say he is such a handsome boy
