Baby Green Cheek Conure really loud.

I just recently adopted 2 baby green cheeks (about 1 month old). Recently one of them has become really loud. Always squeaking in their sleep. Specially during nighttime. They currently live in a crate until they can go to their proper cage. Like I said, one is really loud and has recently begun doing some kind of play fight with the others, making a lot of noise. I’ve seen online that when they play they don’t make as much noise. However, that’s for grown GCC’s. Is it normal for babies to be noisy while they “play”?

My GCC is still pretty young (under 5 months) and she's also pretty vocal. She also peeps in her sleep and goes wild at bedtime. I think it might just be a personality thing
