Baby cockatiel feeding, and injury or deformity

I think my baby cockatiel is no longer fed by it's parents.
Am afraid because I have to go to work and it does not eat much at a time.
And it has deformity or maybe an injury.
The back has bump on one side and empty on the other.
Do you think it can stay 6 or 7 hours without food

In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.

Thank you, for your help, luckily the baby is okay and his father is feeding him again.
For the other problem, I took him to the vet he gave some sumpplements.
