R rose1234 New member Oct 31, 2011 3 0 Oct 31, 2011 #1 My B & G macaw has feathers on his head that seem to be a bit stripey. Of course the feathers are a lovely turquoise, but some have black stripes across. I'm wondering if this is normal or the black stripes are stress bars.
