I did a search and nothing came up for this...

If you have netflixs I recommend Beak & Brain it's all about smart parrots in their native habitat of Australia and New Zealand etc. Put it in the search. Shows parrots and crows using tools, using their beaks, using thermals, breaking into restaurants at night...stealing skiers food and destroying their cars for fun etc. Things you'd expect from your own bird.

About 5 minutes in I was astounded and hooked. It's about 50 minutes long

Enjoy.

Watch a few moments and find that I am going to have to schedule the time to truly enjoy this documentary. Thanks for bring this to to our attentions. Birds define single task, high speed thinking and Humans define multi-tasking, fast thinking.

yes, it's a great documentary.

I know right!

My favorite part is the parrots just destroying cars and everyones like well, they are parrots, we can't hurt them, what can we do?

That and the restaurant heist!

You all might enjoy The Messenger on Netflix as well. It's about our world wide disappearing songbirds..

I saw it for the first time on Netflix last night, but I was tired and knew I wouldn't stay up long enough to watch the whole thing so I didn't, and now I'm glad I didn't. Perhaps Bo and I will watch it today.
