I haven't read anything but scary stuff about this, such as this typical info:
"has been banned from use in food and supplements for human use in many European countries due to serious side effects, including permanent damage and deaths. FDA has banned synthetic vitamin K from over-the-counter supplements because of its high toxicity" from this website and others == The Dog Food Project - Menadione (Vitamin K3)

I was about to order Lafeber's pellet-berries online and read the ingredients list. The above item is in it. The below items are in it. I guess some of them sound scarier than they probably are, but my concern is that if any one of the ingredients is not good, even a little not good, then what happens when there are multiple ingredients that are just a little not good - that adds up to a whole lot of not good. It's just that these things sound like nothing I would allow myself or my family to consume en masse.

Maltodextrin,
glycerin,
corn syrup
DL methionine,
choline chloride,
calcium propionate,
manganese proteinate,
zinc proteinate, copper proteinate,
pyridoxine hydrochloride,
vitamin A acetate,
acacia syrup,
dicalcium phosphate,
citric acid, sea gel
