awww, congrats!!....looks like he's smiling, gosh he's adorable.

yup, you got the right heating pad, the one that can remain on, I bought mine at Wal-Mart, they were the only ones that had that type. kind of pricey but well worth it.
All the other ones have the 1-2 hour shut off.

if your hand feeding, and need continuous warmth for the babies, that auto- matic shut off is a royal pain!

Yeah....It was definitely worth the price. He's got his heating pad plus the red brooder lamp, he's happy and warm enough.

The auto shut off was killing me! Every two hours! lol....all I could think was, do I spend the extra $20 or do I get up every 2 hours even though baby only eats every 4??? The choice was easy in the end. Ha ha ha

Ha ha. He had already taken 15ml, so I was just letting him hang out to see if he'd take the last little bit; he didn't.

I guess it's time to start stretching the time between feedings a little bit longer....

He's adorable! Hey, if I may, cut that loop off that stuffed animal. My lovebird has one like that and stuck her head through that. Easy fix to just lop off the loop to be extra safe. He's a cutie and I hope he molts blue.

Thanks, I actually cut it right after I took the picture! I somehow missed it when I was cutting off the tags! lol I didn't cut it off, just slit it [my scissors suck!] lol

The feed store I ordered from sent him a bunch of little foot toys and shredder toys! He's so cute!

Here's a cute video of him playing with his new shredder ball. This is the FIRST time he's shown any interest in his surroundings so I'm kind of excited. Plus, he's so darn cute it's hard not to squee when he makes his little baby noises

Actually, we went on our first road trip today. Apollo came with me to walmart and to petsmart. He loved the budgies at petsmart and kept chirping at them. So cute
