Anyone else dehydrate there own fruits and veggies for there parrots? (No sugar, sulfurs or anything else added. Everything is 100% natural)

This is my mix I make for my Macaw.

-Fruits-
Oranges
Bananas
Apples
Kiwi
Grapes
Strawberries
Papays
Pears

-Veggies-
Corn
Snow Peas
Kale
Red Peppers
Beets
Sweet Potatoes
Carrots
Spinach

Non-dehydrated food that I add are.
Quinoa
Whole Wheat Spirals
Buckwheat
Cinnamon

And of course the nuts I am currently offering her are.

Raw Pistashios (in shell)

Here is a picture of my mix without the nuts. (I add the nuts to her bowl separately.)

I love my 9 tray Excalibur Dehydrator, use it for myself and the birds all the time.:)

Just out of curiosity - do the birds prefer dehydrated foods?
I was under the impression that because parrots have such dry mouths, the liquid in their food helps them to taste it?

I'm not sure but she eats the dehydrated just as if they were hydrated, I see no difference in her eating behavior......

Also you could always re-hydrate them, just add a bit of water.....

Well I guess if the parrots didn't like them, they'd just dunk them in their water, like all crunchy things :p
