This is a photo from my livingroom window. Amigo is standing above his hole and I would have to say...he has quite a view!

Wow! How much time does he spend outside every day? How long does he hang out up there? Beautiful!

What I should have posted is what a fortunate and unfortunate bird this is. He is a 13yr. old, male umbrella cockatoo without hope of having a bond with a female 'too, makes me sorry for him. I've thought about bringing in a female for him, still contemplating. There are pros and cons.

Amigo lives outside, day and night, in the summer. He comes in when the weather is too much for him and he always has places to eat and drink, via me. He comes in, normally twice a day, just to hang out.

Only half kidding, we've been thinking about getting a male :11: I just dont think she'll ever be happy unless shes able to fly all day in the company of a mate
