Alexandrine female hates me

My girlfriend has a hand raised Alexandrine parrot named Kitty and I love her very much and bring her treats and toys all the time but lately she has started to hate me.
Every time I come close to her cage she puffs up her feathers and starts growling at me.
She tries to bite me all the time and I don't pull away but she continues to do it.
She loves my girlfriend and is a weird personality Alex as she loves to be touched and patted on the back.
I'm just not sure where to go from here.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

I not sure about your breed but I found out that when I was doing that to my bird I was encouraging "mating" Athena my bcc then only wanted me. Since I found that out I don't pet the back the behavior has stopped

That's most likely the problem...petting the back. Only pet around the head and neck.
