African grey licking his beak

Hello, I just took out my african grey and realized he kept licking his beak. Should I be concerned about this? Im in kuwait, so I have not found an avian vet that is specialized in parrots. Here is a video

My only contribution is that the Rickeybird does this very thing after a messy or sticky meal... or sometimes while bathing. He'll do it for a minute or less,,,
