the doesnt like birds the think im crazy because of bird and they wanted me to see a doc im only 15.9 years old
 
So you would have to walk??
 
Where are you located? There is a company that allows you to mail the test directly to them.
Someone else may know the answer.

i will try to go with a taxi or some thing do u have facebook so i can add you ?
 
Here in the US there are companies you can take your own samples and send it to. Depending on where you live, there may be companies in your country who provide a similar service. Since you live so far from the vet, call first to make sure they offer the service (virtually any vet here would, but not sure where you live and how vets in your country work).

Really though, it doesn't much matter boy or girl. The bird does not care about human names and how they relate to gender. I would be more concerned on training and bonding with your bird than his actual gender. Especially since IRNs can live quite a long time with proper care, you will have this little bird well into your adult life, so focus on making 'him' the best companion you can:)

I can't imagine walking that far:( I'm glad you could take a taxi if one was sick, though:)
