So I officially started yesterday and I am not sure if anyone will be interested but once in a while I do a juice cleanse and I really do have some yummy juice recipes so I thought I would share some over the next 60 days on this thread.
The plan is to only have juices or smoothies and lots and lots of water over the next 60 days. I have actually done a 21 day water fast (only water for 21 days) so these are a walk in the park!
I have an Omega J8006 juicer and a Vitamix both of which I would highly recommend to anyone looking at getting into this sort of thing in any serious manner.
My favorite go-to juice is the following I will get a pic of that one later, the color on that one isn't greatly appealing but the taste is wonderful!
2-3 apples depending on size
4-5 carrots
3-4 celery
1 whole peeled lemon
one inch or so piece of fresh ginger
4 to 5 big leaves of kale any variety
While this seems like a LOT once it goes through the juicer it becomes a glass full.
The following recipe and pic is the one I had for both breakfast and lunch today really good and very pretty!
2 large oranges
5 carrots = Yummy!!
