My 3rd son finally landed an apprenticeship with Woolworths has a baker. He had saved up a bit of money and had been looking on Ebay for a car. showing me a Mitsubishi magna for $1600.00. It had two months registration, the Paint was faded and peeling.
I said, that we will look at some cars and find something a bit better. after a week of looking we brought a white 4 door BMW 1999 318i E46 5 speed manual for $3250 with 6 months registration.
The 4th son has got another apprenticeship after the last place he worked for went belly up. So now he is apprentice chef in an Italian restaurant. He too saved up money. But he goes out and buys the first car he sees. It's a Piece of crap.
Oh well at least I won't starve with a baker and chef in the family.
