2 half moons bickering

Hi all! I have two 7-8 month half moon conures (male & female) who have shared the same cage, food, water, etc. since early age. They bicker a lot and the male tends to peck at the female lots. Can’t separate them since they’ll lose their minds but not sure how to approach helping them be calmer and safer around one another.

Any advice?
