2 goffins that don't get along...

Hi everyone! I have 2 goffins cockatoos that don't like each other. To give you a little background, my first goffin , E-E is very curious about her humans and willing to let her guard down to play peek-a-boo, with someone new. I've had her about 5 yrs. Now, but only let's me handle her. My 2nd goffin is Luna, and she is a lot less skittish than E-E. I've had her for 2 yrs. And she's always trying something new. Luna has become quite the bully, flying to E-E's cage and owning it. Both birds are female and both do best with me being the main handler. My hubby is involved some, but they see him as a play pal rather than an authority figure. I, of coarse want them to be friends, but to no avail.
I would appreciate any ideas on how to accomplish a happy medium. Currently, they are not in the same room, but can still see each other, through french doors.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thanks...

I'm not much help but am having similar issues with my two boys so I will keep an eye on this!

I've tried having both on my shoulders and giving both treats for behaving... I'm at a loss...Luna is out for blood, E-E is terrified of her...
