[Psittaciformes]

Some of you may remember a while ago that I mentioned I'd been struggling with drug and alcohol addiction/abuse for a few years.
Well, on January 1st I celebrated being sober for an entire year for the first time in about 4 years and I just wanted to thank this forum for all the support, 'cause I honestly couldn't have done it without PF.

I didn't know about your issue at all but I'm proud of you none the less. Of all the animal groups out in the world, I have discovered bird people to be the very best. I'm glad you've found solace and healing among them. Congratulations on your milestone.

Thank you! Well yeah the urges seem to have gone way down, I used to get really bad urges when the season would change, no idea why, spring was really tough.
So I think I'll be able to enjoy things a little better this year, I feel more motivated to do things as well now.
