Zoints thread tagging system fixed

It appears the Zoints thread tagging system was broken so I fixed it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one confused.

Dunno what zoints is. Is there an info page? Or would you like to share with the class?

It's just a way for you to tag threads with certain keywords. Then, if someone is looking for all the threads with that keyword they can search for it later on. It's just a more efficient way of searching. For example, above this thread you see the empty tags box because no one has added any tags. But I will add "tags" and "zoints" to it...
