Our mechanically minded BTM is very hard to keep entertained so I was pretty excited to find this in the bird shop today.

You can hide nuts inside. I won't mention the price because it's ridiculous, but if it keeps her entertained it's worth it.

Nice toy! Please post a photo of Zoe inspecting her new gift. Let us know how long it takes her to figure it out, I'm guessing two, maybe three minutes.

That is so cool! I bet Zoe figured it out in no time:D Good thing it can be put back together easily! Is there a link to where you got it? I think Kiwi might like something like that:)

It took her about 30 seconds. For $125 I expected more entertainment [emoji5] At least she can't take it apart!

30 seconds?! She was totally showing off!

Well, at least it can be put back together for her to use over and over again:)

What is it made out of?

LOL!!! Zoe is a "nut". That is amazing that she figured out that toy so fast. She is definitely super smart.

I visited a new pet store today and got a new wacky stand and a boing rope. Presenting them when I got home, well, neither parrot seems interested. We are working on it!

Great toy. I'm also curious to find out how long it takes Zoe to take it apart and find the nuts. My birds would just look at it and wonder what they're supposed to do with it lol. Though Griffin might try for a few minutes.

Love that toy! And it looks like it will last, so well worth the price tag:)
Now pictures of Miss Zoe enjoying, pretty please?

 Yowser, that certainly wasn't 'cheap', but I'm sure the entertainment Zoe will have is going to be priceless! :D

Karen, how big is it? I totally love how it looks!

I checked their website for dimensions, but they don't have it listed. If I had to guess, the box itself without screws I'd say 4x4.

I had credit at the shop, otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much, but it does have a lifetime warranty and Zoe loves anything mechanical.

You might want to consider making a homemade "bolt board" for Zoe.

Just get a bunch of stainless steel nuts and bolts of various sizes, drill holes on a block of wood and hang that up in her cage. To make it extra tricky, you can get a few of those aircraft quality lock nuts that she CAN'T get off...

But she will spend hours at at a time trying...

A friend of mine had a B&G that absolutely would not stop taking his cage apart. This ended up being that bird's favorite toy...
