my christmas present this year is a Black Capped Conure!
i haven't got him yet, as he's not fully weaned with his breeder..

i can't wait..

but now comes the difficult task of picking a name

i like the name Louie.. but my mum doesnt..
now i'm going through star trek character names (dax, bones, pike, trip, cisco)
oooh, i hate deciding lol

hes so cute! i love picking names though it takes me forever my breeding pair of Lovebirds Eros and Storm Flyte their names were picked because i LOVE greek mythology and the greek god of love is Eros and Storm Flyte was a dragon in one of my favorite books! and my breeding pair of GCC Idris and Loki were named becaus emy afvorite show is DW and Idris was the Tardis name when it got turned into a woman and Loki because i loved him in the Avengers and he ws green like my conure Sugar my Blue Crowned was already names so i dint get to pick his he had that name since he was born and he is a five year old rescue got last year and my lovebird River Song was named after The Doctors wife an awesome character in Doctor Who so i get my names form many places! look online i like names that mean certian things also

Someone here on the forum suggested the name "Nugget" as in Chicken Nugget. I actually think Nugget is very cute!

Dude, absolutely take your time! Find what fits your birdy the best. It took a bit for me to name my Quackers. Easy picks are first looks, vocalizations, or behaviors/movements. He slightly looks like a Trip to me! Could also pass as a Luc for sure!
