They did get rain yesterday, which was great. Several of my friends stood outside under the gutter and washed their hair

Great news! Josh is now allowed to flush his water system and will be able to use his water once that is done. His restaurant is opening tomorrow at noon with a limited menu and they should have water again in a couple of days!

Unbelievable...Josh just got a call from his manager and the health dept. did not approve them opening tomorrow. It seems like this is never going to end for them.

Hopefully not, hopefully they've just imposed a couple of things that'll be simple to sort out to get the approval.

I sure hope so. What is ironic is that the one bill he is behind on and has to pay this week is..you guessed it..the water bill.
