I bought a perch with a heater built into it. Works great!

The heat lamp works great. We cover his cage and the room temp now is 70 degrees.

I have alot of health issues, and I have to rest alot. Sunny scared me bad once... my daughter left him out... he crawled under the blanket. I moved he freaked and I freaked and my mom's dog freaked too. Turns out the dog is scared of Sunny. LOL.

Do other birds like to crawl under blankets? I do not freak out as bad when he joins me for naptime. However I fear he may get hurt. So I made a small fleece blanket for him in his cage. He just poops on it. I tried anyways.
