Widget being crazy

That is kind of frightening!! Even after talking about it- seeing it, your mind automatically thinks, OH NO!

Interesting though, and thanks for posting. I knew that many birds feel comfortable doing this in your palm. I'm actually working on it right now with Tate, but I wasn't aware that they will actually do this while sleeping.

Apparently it's pretty common with conures. They will go lay at the bottom of their cage and look like they are dead.

My bird takes 3 toys, situates them between 2 perches to make a hammock, and sleeps leaning back against it. She looks like a vampire.

That sounds like quite a sight! Have you ever been able to snap a photo of your lil' vamp? lol

Lol, I just picked up the camera and dropped the box of acid reflux medicine I just bought, and she is up! She came running and sqwaking at the camera! I'll try later.

hahaha, the harder we try! It's funny to me that they are actually camera shy. I honestly believe this, because without fail if Tate sees or hears my phone beep (trying to take a video) he will immediantly stop whatever activity it is that I'm trying to capture and act completely embarassed until the phone goes away and then he's right back to what he was doing.

I knew that they could sleep like that with ALL the homework I did on Conures, but Im not sure if mine will do this or not.

So cute!!!!!!!!!!

Bad pictures, but Merlin loves to sleep on his back too. :)
I love the fluffy colours on his belly, so adorable! & the picture with the formula, he just looks so content and cute!

Those are some of the cutest pics ever. That one on the towel so looks likes hes dead. That might even scare me.
The way they lay in the hand on their backs has always amazed me.It takes alot of trust to do that and always melts my heart that Im just so privileged.
