Why is my cockatiel sleeping on the floor???

He's back to normal!!!!! Turns out that, since I was still sooo busy with moving, I hadn't noticed his bath water was getting dirty. He spends a lot of time near the bottom of the cage because his favorite toy hangs low, and somehow he decided to drink his bathwater instead of his normal water. Eventually, he started tossing seeds and seed husks into the water and even stood on the edge of the tub and ended up pooping in it. Again, I did not notice all of this because I was busy and whenever I walked in I saw him eating and drinking from his food and water dishes, not the floor and bathtub.
