Who has the loudest parrot?

It is on the 6th place in this list - Indian ringneck is a subspecies of the rose-ringed parakeet

As I say to all beginners - parrots are LOUD, no matter which species you select. Salty is usually a pretty mild Amazon (his vet calls him amazon-lite), but he has a infrequently used (thank God) super high pitched call that is just ear piercing. Yeah its loud but its the pitch of this pure tone that hurts the ears. He hasn't done it in years.

it’s just not the same as being there.

there is a big cat place close to our farm in Oregon and they had a male lion that has passed away now.
He Would roar on command when you were about 6 feet away.
That roar in real life turns your insides to jello.
recorded it’s just a sound.

There is a reason a group of parrots is called a "Pandemonium"

Mine are miniatures but can be surprisingly loud when playing hard.
They are in a place that they can raise the roof if they want so all is
good. I love it when they are having fun.
