How exciting! I love when macaws talk, they make very cute and funny sound!

Can you try to take a video next time? :) I love your green wings, they are beautiful! :)

i think that might proove miri's jealousy of rea rea. so she had to go and one up rea rea. lol hopefully rea doesn't get jealous of miri's new found talent either.

I was fully expecting her first words to be: DADA :D But she picked up something a lot more difficult. Way to go ReaRea!!!

Yay, that is awesome when they start talking!:D

Well......Evidently Miri isn't done with learning new things. :rolleyes::54::eek:

Went to get some coffee this AM and I hear the unmistakable sound of really large wings flapping.:11:

She can now open her cage door.:eek:

Well Scott at least now if the moult their tails you will still be able to tell them apart. rea rea is the cuddly one and mira is now the talking escape artist:D:D:D:)

O-M-G!!!! Now the fun REALLY begins. :11: What will you do? Put a padlock on her cage? :D Goes to show you HOW smart they are. INCREDIBLE. And I laughed my butt off at your description about the really large wing flaps. :D She sure is no canary flying towards you, LOL.

Was just in there playing with them a little and a thought crept into my little pea brain. :D :54:

Was looking at all the damaged walls I need to fix and thought of what I'm gonna teach the Zon's to say next (and the GW's) :54:

"Bunch of home wreckers"!!!!! :eek::11::D

Well, for my fids problem twas solved easily with cable ties, but with a greenwing.... :eek:

So what do you do? Snip them off every time you want to open the cage door? ;)

LOL!! cable ties are pretty much useless with them. Heck they can snap the wire I use to make toys with!

ROFLMAO~~~So Miri is talking & has learned how to escape! I can relate to that .:rolleyes:

Roscoe will open his cage door every time I forget to put the lock back on while I'm fixing their breakfast. I'll come in from work in the mornings half asleep, get the food bowls & forget to lock the door. I then hear all kind of commotion cause Roscoe is climbing all over Angel's side of the aviary. :eek:

Miri is definitely making a name for herself now! She says she's tired of living in 'big' sister's wing shadows.:32::red1:
