Help!! my Percy has been bodysnatched!

After yesterday's loving beakishness, this morning he STEPPED UP for me!! But wait, there's more!! He stepped up from INSIDE HIS CAGE!!! He's never done that for me, never!! And he didn't bite like he normally does when he steps onto my hand. He sat there, chatting with me and trying to steal my necklace LOL!!

I don't know who this new bird in my house is but I think I will keep him
