Hmmm, birdie space suits would be a huge concern. I can't get my guys into their flightsuits! How would I ever get them into a space suit? I don't know if I could leave them behind :'( I'd be really sad. I love them all the same yet differently.

I don't know if I have a "favorite" kind of bird to want to bring with. I love the little guys, the medium sized guys, and even the big scary beaked guys.

I would simply take the spaceship by force (keeping the important crew members of course) and let you all bring your parrots. Problem solved! I'd just be worried about how they'll be getting their fresh foods everyday...

The quickest way to irritate the s**t out of me is to speak about religion. I have a deepseated hatred for almost all religions (group of 'christian' girls considered me a heathen and were determined to convert or exorcise me) and I don't believe it belongs on a parrot forum. So I'll say it once nicely, please do not do it again. I would never think of myself in a time of crisis. I would rather sacrifice myself for the ones I love or the ones who need help than watch them die. I am greedy, selfish, vain, rude, and icy but if you threaten the people in my vicinity, I will not hesitate to eat you alive.

Sorry...I just feel rather passionate about this and apologize if I've offended anyone. My hackles are up and I had to say something

You got a point they're . They probly do have little glass bowls but that will make them very clumsy . I also agree that why are we getting all religious here ? This thread was aimed for fun and just seeing each overs opinions on birds , let's drop the subject completely .

Agree with you, what's more scarier than a big black and brown watery thingy floating around ? Also how will we take our birds to the bathroom ? Will we have to change they're birdie diapers ? I am starting to want to leave the ship, give my tickets to my cousins

Sheesh. This is tough. One of the budgies, just to ensure a giggle as we face the void? My sweet little GCC friend, who would glue himself to my shoulder no matter what? No, I think I'd take my old, cranky Blue Fronted Amazon. We would hang out in Somewhere together like two old crones, cracking jokes and bickering and napping. Yep, it would be Queequeg and me.

My Pionus would be the one who could handle a freaky situation like being in a space ship. Easy going and would try space food. She would NOT like a space suit, however would accept to share mine. Poop would be a concern.....LOL

I have a budgie and soon will have a baby Senegal. If I had to pick between them I would pick my budgie only because I consider him family already and I wont know the sennie much yet. But if there is a way that the bird I don't take will still survive , I would pick the sennie since he can't fly and is a baby and would probably die if I don't take him. Where as the budgie is fully flighted and would be able to survive. But if 1 would die then I would have to save my budgie sadly.
