Which Airline would fly cockatoos in the cabin?

Regarding buying a seat for your Too. Early February a Mimi Horse traveled from Michigan to Florida. The owner was required to buy a seat for the Mini Horse... Sounds like seat purchase for an Animal falls under that caught all: Depending of the Requirements of the Airline...

Enjoy!!!

A mini horse can be a service animal (an actual service animal, trained to perform a specific task for their human, as opposed to an emotional support animal), which may be why it was allowed on the plane at all. Seems like the airline wouldn't be allowed to charge them for a seat - on Alaska, at least, you can even take an ESA on for free. Unfortunately, they only recognize dogs and cats as ESAs on that airline.

Likely the case with this mini horse as the owner was going to Florida for a couple of weeks working with Veterans... The two of them are common visitors to our local Children Hospital and the Veterans here in Michigan. The owner does not require the horse for person use, but they actively work with those who need the support. I'm guessing that they act as a test for individuals that are being considered for such services. She states that the mini horse has no underlying fear sets, which can sometimes happen with dogs!?!?!
