Online parrotshops always have the greatest selection in fourage-stimulation ones (the link I send you, they only sell really parrot-safe things; it is one of the few no-brainers I know)
I do not buy that many perches anymore, but I got a few hardy ones (javawood) from Marktplaats en Tweedehands. be or .nl (online seconhandstuff) --> the west-european criaghslist
ebay is almost worldwide,
amazon is a nightmare: try amazon.uk or even better amazon.de (uk sells but does not ship to europe about 50% of the time, de. sells *and* ships to NL and B)
