Where can I get cotton rope?

I'm looking for some cotton rope 3/4'', and I just can't find it. I will make Lulu a mini-jungle and I need cotton rope, and it is not available here in Denmark, so I need to order it online. I found some at windycityparrot.com, but if I wan't it shipped to Denmark I'll have to pay about $110 .
Where can I get it online?

Toys will come in later . Now I wan't to build the "jungle", so what I'm looking for is something like this Rope - 100% Natural Cotton Twist, 1" Diameter for Bird Parrot Toys, Perches, Swings By the Foot.
