I lost my wallet with over 300 in in. My hot water heater broke. My washer broke. My car will no longer start.

Wow, I thought I was the only one life happened to like that. My sympathies. May your run of bad luck be over now. Hopefully, a good person will return your wallet.

Umm, since it comes in threes, that is four. Two more to go?
Sick humor!!
Like the guy said, cheer up things could be worse! So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse!

Flboy thanks for the smile. As for your sick humor it may actually be over because I forgot to mention my mom broke her ankle and I missed a day of work.

Jeez it almost sounds like I'm making some stuff up lol

I am so sorry! This may seem strange but when I hit times like those I try to find joy by being thankful that this didn't happen or this wasn't worse. I am so sorry it's happening! Hugs!!!!

Grace, I'm so sorry you are having an avalanche of problems all at once. I hope there are better days ahead and I hope your wallet will be returned. Lots of hugs and positive thoughts.

Your car? Let's face it, that was a ticking time bomb, and it was going to go any time... deep down you knew that. That one falls under the heading stuff happens...

(Mine blew up right before Christmas... I knew it was coming too.)

BUT... Please tell me you did not lose your wallet when you were out looking for Maggie...

Oh no!! Grace I am so sorry all these things are happening at once :(. Seems that's how it goes sometimes. Ugh I sure hope your wallet gets returned with the money in it. I'm so sorry to hear this! Hugs!

I am sorry to hear of this streak of bad luck. Hope you have family to help with managing the problems.

Worst loss can be the wallet - and not just because of the missing $$. Drivers license, other forms of ID, credit and debit cards, insurance cards, etc. Please consider notifying the responsible agencies to ward off potential fraud.

Good luck!

No Mark it wasnt looking for Maggie. Yeah I knew the car was going soon. Im glad it went when it did at home on a Monday night.

My daughter has a doctor's appointment tomorrow and it not starting then would have been way worse. Now we will just take the bus. :)

Scott no not really. They tend to add to them. Gotta love them anyway. My dad did send me money a few months back to fix my car.

I feel your pain, earlier last month our Tahoe took a crap so we had to scramble to find a quick replacement, since we couldn't afford 5k to put a new motor in it. Then a couple of weeks ago my hubby was in a wreck and totaled his Yukon (which was his baby)and now he is out of work to heal his aches and pains from that. Then we had to wait for the insurance to cut a check and find another vehicle to replace the Yukon. OMG when it rains it really does poor. Things have been going well for quite a while till now. I had a job earlier last month through a temp agency but was released on the 31st since the company didn't need me. Arrghh. Back to job shopping.
