My little lady is 12 week in 2 days, is this too early to start the bluffing stage? She seems quite happy, then she will lunge at you with beak open. She does not bite though. She does not do this every time. Just curious if it is bluffing or her just learning about us.

It can start anytime, I'm not certain how long you've had her, coyld be a bit of both. Night and day with these beauties.

Thanks for your reply.
I brought her home 5 days ago. I did visit her weekly and she was hand raised/feed. She was good for most of the day. I did not react to her lunging and continued what I was planing on doing. I have been asking her if wants a tickle on her belly and when she lets me I give her a yummy the treat. so she is good with that after the 2nd try. She is so smart!!

I usually bluff with at least a pair of 5's... oops wrong meaning.
