Not having had a GW or any 2, I cant say about their volume level. Max, a tiny Brotogeris BeeBee parrot had one call that was so high pitched and loud it was unbearable. He didnt do it often but Oh Mama when he did.....
Salty has a pretty loud contact call but nothing to compare to that. When he gets to barkin' though, its loud and repetitive. But he only does that wen the band is playing downstairs in the studio or when Tinker, our Cairne terrier starts up at the mail man. He talks more then he screams or does other sounds. Thank God.
