What to feed?

I'm not sure if you've read my previous post, but I'm thinking of getting a macaw in the next few months.

I plan on asking questions until then, just so I know they're for me, and I can handle them.

So what should I feed them? I feel like this is important

What is a good daily meal, how many times per day, and what are good treats (especially for training)?
