Some one just gave me a brand new never use large parrot cage. She brought a while ago as she was going to get a macaw and changed her mind. So what do I do with this beauty? it can't sit empty can it so going to have to fill it right? Lol.
Looks like I'm cooking the old hubby his favorite supper tonight, and doing some sweet talking because I want, dare I say it? Another bird. Lol.
The thing is what kind I have always had med to small birds but always wanted something larger.
So what kind of bird would be good in a home that's more like a mini zoo?

He's going to be surprised when he comes home and see the cage sat in the room lol. Well after all the years maybe not, think he knows me by now.

Lol good luck with that but I'm sure yo can manage to get at least one more bird out of him. My hubby would be shocked at first but would eventually cave in. Let your hubby pick what type of bird That might help some.

what size is it... if its big for a macaw get a macaw. but do research on any bird you would like to have.. or cockatoo. there are different types of bother...goffin to molucaan.. blue and gold to a scarlet macaw or hybirds.. got all differnt types of larger birds..

You could also look into an Alexandrine or an Electus... Both have fantastic pet potential...
