What is your parrot favorite toy?

Thanks for posting pics. Very cute!
Is Hinako a 'Greater' Sulfur Crested? It's kind of hard to tell by the pic, but she looks like a Greater (the very largest SC Cockatoo). They are not common in the USA, but more in Australia.

My Red Bellied parrot is the same age as Hinako. I got him from a bird store also in 1994.. It's so nice to have a pet that lives that long (and longer)..

Your small birds are very beautiful too!

Thank you for your message!

Fern & toys are very cute and lovely:green:

I try to make some toy for hinako:yellow1:

Hi! I make Fern's toys too. I find materials at craft shops. This is her favorite. She swings the purple guy all around and sticks her head in the bell over and over to make it ring.

Cute toy :) every bird I've had would immediately go for the eyes on any toy with eyes. I'm surprised Fern hasn't torn them out lol

Thank you Yukiko!

You can make toys from ribbons, cat balls or toys, or tie up some sticks with jute rope from craft store(Fern is highly entertained by this trying to pull them out). See below pic of a section of Fern's play area as example. I rotate things around, or hang diff bells in places so she is always stimulated.

Thank you for your message!

Piper is very cute & lovely. And very happy surrounded by many toys:white1:

Thank you for telling me good advice. I try to check out the Parrot toys
section:green:

Welcome to the forum, Yukiko! I'd also love to see a pic of your
Hinako.

Our macaw's favorite toys are ones he has to work to get stuff OUT of. So he loves food foraging toys, small plastic/hollow toys that are stuffed with small debri, chunks of wood or his other toys with tissue paper wrapped over them, and the like.

Be sure to check out the Parrot toys section of the forum as there are lots of great ideas there! Parrot Toys - Parrot Forum - Parrot Owner's Community

Charlie & Parker & Juno are very cute:rainbow1:

My cockatiel also favorite acrylic toy. And hinako also favorites wood blocks:yellow1:

Charlie really likes the large abc blocks strung on a chain. Parker likes the acrylic rings and beads. And Juno is a ball bird.

Your birds are very cute & cheerful:greenyellow:
I also have blue budgie & white cockatiel.

Hinako is very bratty kids. She often throw some toys. And she bite at door:eek:

Rollerballs, anything with a jingle bell within. He also loves tiny Tupperware containers that he loves to throw around. And if course, my phone. Don't all bratty kids love phones? :D

Mishka loves all his toys, I could not possible say which is his favourite one.

Must admit he spends hours on his swing and going through all his loops.
