What is the cuddliest small bird?

In your experience what is the cuddliest small bird and how loud is this bird in comparison to a green cheek conure?

When it comes to parrots you won't really find a quiet one (even my cockatiel is easily as loud a a gcc). When it comes to cudliness it all depends on the bird. Some birds love to be snuggled and cuddled with while other despise it ( i got lucky with Cleo). When it comes to overall cudliness these are my top 3, GCC, Cockatiels, and quakers (each can be as cuddly) but remember that it will depend on the bird and i recommend that if you are looking for a snuggle bug that you go to different pet shops and different breeders to see if you find a snuggle bug. I have a Senegal that is 4 months old. She could live ON me. She would want me to rub her neck and hold her 24/7 if I would. She even wants to nap on my shoulder. From what I have read Senegals are suppose to be one of the quietest of the parrots but when I am out of sight she lets out the high pitched screech that will hurt your ears. Overall she is a quiet bird... but I have nothing to compare it to

My female cockatiel is very quiet and loves to just sit on my shoulder. She's a little bit of a spazz, gets spooked easily, but she's very happy just sitting and preening me.

The sun conure I had was super cuddly, she'd burry herself in my hair or under my robe. She was super loud though, but it's really about individual birds, you'll have to judge by personality.

The super cuddly birds are more likely to be louder when you put them away in the cage, but quiet when they're with you.

Thanks guys, I have a GCC now and she is cuddly and not very loud so thats why I like to ask for noise level in comparison to green cheeks. She can be loud and likes to cuddle up to my neck but has only let me touch her with my hands for the first time today when I cupped my hand around her to protect her when I stood up (she was laying on my chest).

I am looking at getting a hand raised lovie, he won't be weaned for another 3 weeks so I have some time to decide, but the place i'm getting him doesn't DNA test so i'm just hoping he's a boy :/

My Gcc is way quieter than any other bird I've had. And a huge cuddle monster. I just love her to bits

Foo is super cuddly too and very quiet.

But then my parakeet I had as a child was super snuggly, I'm not sure if more than Foo, but it was competitive. He talked non stop, wouldn't call him loud but it was definately non stop pretty birds, cookie is good, ect.
