Is the hopping behavior just on the windowledge?
no...sometimes she does it when she is standing on the floor or on the couches...it does it anywhere...but mainly she does it in the early morning...as if she is exercising haha

Hi LeoJosh
There is a great link explaining a birds body language,
Go into Forums - click on Congo & Timneh Grey
Go into the post "For all bird guardians"
Good luck

Sounds to me your bird may be just excited and wanting to play. May be a good chance for you to interact one on one with your bird. Use toys or other items that are safe when bird is hopping. See if distraction makes a difference.

Is she hopping as in jumping off the ground, or is she just bobbing her head up and down?
no she just start bobbing herself up and down without lifting her legs...and the weird thingy that she does that only at the early morning...
