Yes is is gorgeous !! Haha, it's like he's actually modeling for the camera in the hat photos. Great pics. Also, I am always entertained and amazed by the little video clip in your posts of Fargo tumbling.

All the FINEST gentlemen where hats. I think a nice serape would fill out the Latin American coffe farmer look, although his beautiful coloring might sufice.

Photos of Fargo wearing his hat on your horse with a small burlap bag of coffee would give Juan Valdez a run for his money.

(Mix that with the "Most Interesting Parrot in the World" commercial and you get: "I don't always drink coffee; but when I do, I drink Columbian!")

I think the hat is a foot toy? Its made of the viney/shredder type material!

I just put a little strap on it so it stays on his head

Well Fargo has been wearing hats since December last year, so he loves his hats!

I just open the loop, hold out a treat, and he sticks his head through!

Hm, when you say Fargo knows how to put the hat on, it makes me wonder if i could get Gilbert to wear one?? When i put his harness on, i say "gilly, eyes" and he kind of leans his head forward and gets ready to close his eyes for me to slip the 'collar' over his head. I wanted a santa hat for Gil....or even a pilgrim hat. haha

How adorable. Please keep up the wonderful posts with pictures of your Fargo. They always bring a smile on my face. Inspires me to want to dress up my Valentino. In class I made him a black cape freestyle (no measurements) but it fits my Scottish Terrier Mercedes instead. Sure she looks fierce when she wears it but it was for Valentino. LOL.

You can be like Alba Ballard and make felt costumes for Fargo. I so want to do this myself and probably WILL. Here is a link to the book they published about her parrot costume making. She did this in the 60's so a lot of the costumes you probably won't recognize. Too funny.

Yes!! Thats exactly how it would work!

What i do, is have the loop/strap between my fingers, so its spread really far open, and Fargo just leans his head through, so his head is going towards my palm ? If that makes sense...
So just one hand, fingers hold the loop open, head goes through, i slowly release the strap so its on him, and give him a treat.. Then take photos
